2013

First off I want to apologise for my absence of late. Work and the Christmas period was just insane and I have been away since the new year to the gold coast (which I might do a bit of a photo post on if people are interested).

A new year, a new you. Yes?

I know I am not one to keep resolutions - last year it was to get fit and I don't remember the last time I went for a run. Running is just something I don't enjoy no matter how hard I try. I'm sure many will feel the same way. So I am not forcing myself to do something that makes me unhappy, I have decided that my new years resolution is simply to be happy.

BE HAPPY
I am hoping to achieve this through some short and sweet goals that will just keep me happy. Simple.
If anyone wants me to perhaps share my goals or my ideas of the new year let me know.

  1. Sorry just retyped this as there were SO many typos.

I'd like to hear your goals!

I think goals are nicer to give yourself than resolutions. If you break a resolution, its easy to just give up as you've "ruined it already". If you realise a goal is unachievable you can adjust it slightly, but don't have to throw it away :) x

  2. That's precisely what I think as well. Goal setting is really important.
Wonderful, thanks for your interest. I will do a post on it now I know that at least one person would like to read it. Thank you so much. It really does mean a lot to me. xo
